Taiwan Fellowship 2013

The Taiwan Fellowship 2013 supports research visits in Taiwan of scholars from the fields of social science and the humanities up to a period of 3 to 12 months. The research visits must be conducted between January 1st and December 31st 2013. The program is aimed at scholars from all over the world with a research focus on Taiwan Studies, Cross-Strait Relations, China Studies, Asia Pacific, and Sinology.

The Taiwan Fellowship offers the opportunity to conduct a research project of one’s own choice in the respective fields at a research institution or university in Taiwan which the candidate may also choose by himself.

The selection of candidates will take place in September 2012 and the announcement of the scholarship winners will be in October 2012. For the year 2013 90 scholarship places can be offered to applicants worldwide.
